Changed a winning formula!

I was delighted when I first tried Primrose's Kitchen Organic Gluten Free Oats.
# The texture & taste were superb.
# The oats easily absorbed milk or water to form a lovely creamy texture.
#They were free from the indigestible bits.
NOW!! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
They have changed from that winning formula to a very average product.
# Jumbo oats with a poor taste & texture
# Jumbo oats that do not absorb the liquid
# Jumbo oats that come with the indigestible husky bits!
These are now massively overpriced on a quality basis, I can get a comparative product for less than half the price.
I suspect that in search of extra profit, this has come at the expense of quality!
To make matters worse, I sent several messages to customer services, 1 web message & 3 follow up email messages all of which are unanswered to date.
