Light, crisp and delicious. Full of flavour from the extra virgin olive oil they are made with, and generously sprinkled with rosemary. Every biscuit is unique, with dough rolled and shaped by hand. A specialty of Sevilla. The rosemary tortas go very well with cheese. Try with goat’s milk cheese, Manchego, or with a soft creamy cheese like the Torta Cañarejal. Suitable for vegetarians.
