Sodium Ibuprofen. Nurofen Pain Relief 256mg Tablets. For the relief from: Headache, feverishness, muscular pain, cold and flu symptoms, period pain, migraine, rheumatic pain, dental pain, backache, neuralgia. Lasts up to 8 hours. For oral administration and short-term use only: Adults, the elderly and children and adolescents between 12 and 18 years: Swallow 1 or 2 tablets with water up to three times a day as required. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 tablets in any 24 hour period. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.

Ingredients

Very effective pain relief

Nurofen 256 mg is the most effective OTC pain reliever that I have found for my heel spur pain. I only regret that, when I am in the US, it is very expensive to buy and ship. I wish I had Boots on the corner (...then again, I never want to be anywhere except London.)

Very effective pain relief

Nurofen 256 mg is the most effective OTC pain reliever that I have found for my heel spur pain. I only regret that, when I am in the US, it is very expensive to buy and ship. I wish I had Boots on the corner (...then again, I never want to be anywhere except London.)
