I have enjoyed Jacobs cream crackers for years, I find your size packages to be a bonus to my joy, and will continue to do business with your company. I would like to ask if you received my message concerning the condition of my bovril lar with the loose lid In the same earlier order. I opened the box to find one of the jars partially opened and some of the bovril spilled out I managed to clean up everything but was disappointed with the lack of care Please respond yours truly Tom Sullivan
